Sergio Andricain


Sergio Andricaín is a renowned Cuban writer and publisher, best known for his significant contributions to Spanish-language children's literature. Born in Cuba, Andricaín has dedicated much of his career to promoting and enriching children's literature in the Spanish-speaking world. He is the co-founder of the Fundación Cuatrogatos, a Miami-based organization that focuses on the promotion and dissemination of children's books and reading among young readers. Andricaín's work spans across various roles, including writing, editing, and publishing, and he is recognized for his efforts in curating and recommending high-quality children's literature.

His publications often reflect a deep understanding of the cultural and educational needs of children, making him a key figure in the landscape of Spanish-language children's books. He has published around thirty children's and young adult books, including "Rizos Blancos quiere dormir" (2021), "¿Dónde está el niño?" (2020), "Conoce a Dulce María Loynaz" (2020), "Sirena y punto" (2019), "La caja de las coplas" (2019), "La noche más noche" (2017), and "Dragones en el cielo" (2015).
