Francisco Ángeles is a Peruvian writer, journalist and scholar born in Lima-Peru. He is currently based on Philadelphia, writing academic work at the University of Pennsylvania. He has published three novels "La línea en medio del cielo" (2008), "Austin, Texas 1979" (2014), "Plagio" (2016); and the short stories "Hollywood en doble función" (co-authored with Fernando Ampuero, illustrated by Peruvian artist Jugo Gástrico).
